The dentists recommend that we brush our teeth at least twice a day, so that we will not damage and lose our teeth early on. Additionally, to remove those small things that get stuck,you should be using dental floss.


But, if you brush your teeth in different ways, it will obviously cause different effects. For example, If you brush too much and too fast, you can make the condition of your teeth worse.

Thankfully, proper brushing is easy to do if you are willing to follow the rules.

The first thing you have to do is to use a soft-bristled toothbrushes. Additionally, you should hold your toothbrush at a 45-degree angle towards your gumline.

Finally, do not slide your brush back and forth across your teeth when you brush.

Instead of applying long slides, the right way is to apply short strokes. Use scrubbing motions and apply only a light amount of pressure when you are brushing your gums.
