Are you looking forward to preparing a tasty dessert that isn’t too heavy or rich? One that can be ready in a twinkle and tastes ethereal! Then Japanese soufflé cheesecake is just the one for you. It only needs three ingredients and is really easy to cook. Roughly you will need an hour to cook this delectable dessert.
INGREDIENTS:
120g of unsalted cream cheese – best to be at room temperature
120g of white chocolate (you can use dark chocolate as a healthier alternative)
3 eggs
DIRECTIONS:
Crack your eggs and separate the yolks from the whites. Put your egg whites in the fridge and heat your oven to 170 degrees. Take your 120g of white chocolate and melt it on steam. After its cool add the cream cheese. Add the yolks afterwards and mix with a spatula. Now add the refrigerated whites and whisk till you can see a white foamy surface.
Get a 15cm-diamter baking pan and grease it. Pour your mix into it. Make sure to lift your pan some inches from your kitchen shelf then dropping it. That removes extra air bubbles. Fetch a larger pan in which you can heat some water. After it is considerably hot leave your baking pan. After that bake the cake in your oven at 170 degrees for 15 minutes then once again bake it for 15 minutes at 160 degrees. Turn the oven off and leave your cake inside for yet another 15 minutes.
Now, take your delicious cake out of the oven and leave it to cool. Sprinkle confectioner’s sugar on top for a professional effect.
